Adam Oremland

Mr. Oremland is an associate in the New York office of Baritz & Colman LLP. He concentrates his practice in securities and corporate law, commercial litigation, bankruptcy and real estate.

Mr. Oremland serves as General Counsel of Boomba Group LLC, a manufacturer/retailer of mouthguards for Olympic, professional and amateur athletes. He is also a committee member of the New York State Bar Association’s Committee on Issues Affecting People with Disabilities.

Prior to joining Baritz & Colman LLP, Mr. Oremland was a corporate and bankruptcy associate at Davidoff Malito & Hutcher LLP and worked with the Office of Florida State Senator Dave Aronberg, former Minority Whip and candidate for the Office of the Florida Attorney General.

Mr. Oremland graduated from Florida State University and Jacob D. Fuchsberg Touro Law School in New York.
