Mr. Glasser is an associate of Baritz & Colman LLP and concentrates his practice in securities arbitration and commercial litigation. Mr. Glasser has represented broker-dealers and their employees in traditional litigation in state and federal court and National Association of Securities Dealers and New York Stock Exchange
arbitrations. In addition to Mr. Glasser's securities litigation experience, he has also handled a variety of general business litigation matters on behalf of corporate clients in state and federal court.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Glasser was involved in the defense of professional liability cases, including legal, accounting and other professional malpractice matters, as well as complex commercial litigation. Mr. Glasser also previously represented insurance companies and individuals involved in personal injury litigation.
Mr. Glasser earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 1991, where he concentrated his studies in Finance. He earned his juris doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in1994, where he served on the Board of Editors for the Moot Court Society. Mr. Glasser is licensed to practice law in the state courts of Florida, as well as in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
